The Cinnabons we had there were definitely not fresh. The crumbled as we ate them. The girl put some microwaved toping on them that didn't even taste like the frosting from Cinnabon. This should definitely be checked on by corporate. This is a "franchise" location, but aren't they representing the brand?
Very unprepared. Both times I came in, both times there was no food prepared despite not being busy. Only ever one employee on shift and the auntie Anne's side was completely closed. We ordered 30 mins in advance but were forced to stand and wait for 15 mins for our food to be prepared infront of us.
Just physically saw a female employee wipe her nose with both gloved hands and handle the cinnamon buns. We ordered a combo 4 pack and waited 10-15 minutes for this female employee to get our item with only one other person in the store. She gave us the incorrect product and then handled said cinnamon buns with the same gloves on that she wiped her nose with.
