Honestly, the worst experience. So unfortunate that no one can help anyone unless you have their app and even after having the app historically on your phone, they can’t figure out how to help you. Would not recommend this place at all wouldn’t mind seeing it go out of business
This place is horrible.. My mini cinnamon roll was so hard. The Indian man working was talking on his personal phone while I was ordering and rude when I asked questions. Worst place to go.
My favorite cinnabon...i come here 3 or 4 times a week. Great staff
I placed an order online for two drinks and some rolls. When I arrived, they had nothing. They didn't have any hot drinks, not for up to 45 minutes, and the same with the rolls, which would take up to 30 minutes. It seems illogical that they only had cold drinks in winter, when it was 33°F outside. I couldn't cancel the order through the app. The store employee ended up giving me whatever he wanted, and I didn't leave with what I had ordered.
