7:47 and the store is completely locked up and dark. If you close earlier than 8 then adjust your hours to reflect that.
Went at 630 to get something, doors were locked. Tried calling but no one answered. I waited for 20 mins in the pavilion area to see if someone would open but there was no one. Location does not close till 8 and had their “Open” sign on.
Super slow, evening worker. Waited 15 minutes for a pretzel and roll. And this was an online order with no customer insight. The order should have been there when I arrived
Honestly, the worst experience. So unfortunate that no one can help anyone unless you have their app and even after having the app historically on your phone, they can’t figure out how to help you. Would not recommend this place at all wouldn’t mind seeing it go out of business
This place is horrible.. My mini cinnamon roll was so hard. The Indian man working was talking on his personal phone while I was ordering and rude when I asked questions. Worst place to go.
