I don't go to the mall too often, but always stop at cinnabon for a coffee. The same lady is there every time and she is so sweet!
Rude woman working. Didn’t even bother finishing making an order even as I was craving Cinnabon.
Refuses to even acknowledge promotion at store opening time on August 10th. There’s a deal where if you buy a bakery item, you get free cinna-bites for a child between certain hours on Sundays starting on a certain date. First they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Then they said it was only valid for the first date on the T&C. Then they said it was only for certain locations.
