☆☆☆☆ Visited the Cinnabon kiosk at SouthPark Mall on 3/7/26 around 7:33 PM and had a very disappointing experience. We stood at the counter with no acknowledgment while the employee, Derek, continued a conversation about daily sales with a coworker. There was no greeting or basic customer service. I came to this Cinnabon location to have a small bit of breakfast while my wife and I were in the mall the other day. First of all, the classic roll that I received was not fresh. I also found out that they do not serve decaffeinated coffee at this location and you would think that if they wanted to keep their customer base- they would offer more options? I don't go to the mall too often, but always stop at cinnabon for a coffee. The same lady is there every time and she is so sweet!
Rude woman working. Didn’t even bother finishing making an order even as I was craving Cinnabon.
