Extremely disappointing food and even worse customer service. I ordered Cinnabon through a food delivery service, and what arrived was honestly disgusting. The Cinnabons were dry, tasteless, and nowhere near what you would expect from Cinnabon. They tasted as though they had been sitting out all day and were simply reheated in an attempt to make them seem fresh.
