I ordered a mochalatta and it was disgusting! It tasted like sugar water. This is very weird since I’ve tried the mochalatta from multiple places before and they never tasted this horrible! I couldn’t even finish it honestly and watching the money I paid for it pour down the sink was sad. This place has horrible reviews already and they do nothing to fix it. I hope that a new owner will get their hands on this place and make the food edible
My first choice when I want something sweet and delicious
First of all the place doesn’t pick up your call when you call it keeps ringing even during normal pick up hours and doesn’t allow online ordering. The manager is super rude and I had similar to what other reviewers have said about his attitude towards customers. He must lose this franchise. He even rejected to use the gift card that was official gift card. I’ll report him to corporate. Very disappointing and DO NOT GO to this location - 0 stars
