Every week I go to the Cinnabon and ask for a milkshake and every week I am told their milkshake machine is down. This is unacceptable. Why even have it why even have the prices up like you’re gonna sell it when you can’t sell it or maybe your employees are just too lazy to sell it
There was a hair in my husbands cinnamon bun it was disgusting.
The guy working yesterday was beyond rude and basically didn't seem that he wanted to be there or take people's orders it seemed like he'd rather eat and drink than take peoples orders and treat people nicely
Ordered a 6 pack of Cinnabons from door dash and all the store sent was 1 single Cinnabon. I called the store multiple times to try and address the issue but no one would answer the phone. Store closed very shortly after so I could not reorder.
