Since this is a little stand where you come, order, and go, there’s not much to say about service and atmosphere except that i have never had a bad experience with service and the place is very well maintained and clean. The food is a whole other thing though. The rudeness of the employee was ridiculous. I wanted to buy a 9 pk of mini buns that were 20.00 and was told that I had to buy the ones already packaged up and cold even though they had some coming fresh out of the oven the employee said they couldn’t sell those because they were for tomorrow. I’ve never heard of such a thing where you can’t buy fresh buns because they are for the next day! Horrible experience here at woodlands mall! I took my money and business to Great American cookie and will not shop at Cinnabon again
Paid almost $20 for 4 raw cinnamon rolls.
Ordered a 4 pack without frosting, but they can only charge individually instead of pack price because they are 'fresh'. WTH?! They never let be give them my number for rewards or use rewards for that matter. The worst customer service EVER.
