Customer service is not even a thought with the employees here. I get it. It’s a mall job but you look at me like we are bothering. Find a different job then- I don’t ordered a regular Cinnabon and he just walks away. No words. He comes back and I ask is everything ok and he’s like oh ya I guess I’ll get that for you?? Really? There is no need to tip for a service like that. Highly recommend not going to this location.

A regular 4 pack (pre-packed in the morning) costs $18.99. But because I wanted mine packed fresh it’s up charged at $23.99. Y’all are ridiculous and can have it.

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be ignored by the cashier and then starts checking out other customers at a different register.

I’m so upset with my experience with this Cinnabon. Not only did DoorDash not give me the option to get the cinnamon rolls without the colorful icing, but when it arrived (nearly 50 minutes late) it looked and tasted horrible. The colorful icing tasted like icing cheaper than the stuff you get on a Walmart cupcake. Im a college student who saved my money for a sweet treat to share with friends just to blow it on this horrible service. Definitely not worth my $22 dollars.
