There was a woman (employee) sitting on the counter where the cinnamon rolls are made! On her phone. No shame. She didn't even flinch as if this was a casual thing she does. We did not even stop because why? This is not just unprofessional but its a very clear indication of how this establishment is run. Barely any rolls were made and thank goodness. This was on a Wednesday afternoon between 3-5 pm or so.
We came on Friday around 2 and Ms Susan was so nice and fast but the line was so long because she was the only person working.
Good food but they have only one person working in the Cinnabon and jamba and it’s honestly not right she’s working by herself specially since she’s an older woman
Ms. Susan customer service is top tier! My girls did not know what they wanted at all but she was patient and kind. Such a beautiful delight for morning time.
