Extremadamente horrible me trataron como si el dinero que les daba no sirve el Peor servicio de la historia he comido en algunos países pero esta localidad es la peor
2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon I walked up with my kids. There were two visible employees but neither acknowledged us. We finally asked if anyone was able to help us and one girl pointed to the other and said she will when she’s done. The other girl finally piped up and told us we could go to the other register and she would help us when she was done what she was doing. Both had snotty attitudes so we left and got ice cream instead.
Reading the other reviews now this makes sense. The cashier on 11/10 at 4:40pm was so disrespectful and unprofessional speaking over me as I was trying to tell her we had just gotten skipped in line as we did waited a long time. She was so loud in front of my 3YR old to the point my daughter asked why this ppl at this place was being so mean. They need a whole new management team ASAP she said she was the manager (very difficult to believe) with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am typing this review lite... read more
There were two people on staff on 2/20/2022 at 5:15pm. one male and one female. The boy was very rude. After we asked a question about our order he said "do you want it or not?" And you could hear him speaking under his breath. The lady came and took over our order and was phenomenal. She was great while he stayed rude the whole time. Ruined the experience.
Extremely rude. Employees act as if they do not want to be there and that you are an inconvenience. When they do speak to you, it can be perceived as confrontational. I'll find another to frequent.
