I went in the other day and the customer service was terrible. The prices have gone up, insane. Almost $9 for a single cinnamon roll. Doughy in the center, not just gooey, raw. If I'm paying $9 for a cinnamon roll I'd expect it to be cooked right. One of the workers were conversating to another worker, with no reguards to helping after making eye contact with me. This overall experince hasn't been good, don't see myself coming here again.

I tried the Oreo Cinnabon. Don't know how long they've had this as i haven't been to Cinnabon in a very long time. It was delicious. Not overly sweet as I thought it would be. I don't think it's worth what they are charging for it... just under nine bucks, but that just goes with the times we're living in. It hit the spot in the moment.

I asked the employee for the cup of mini cinnamon rolls (the center of the roll) I even made a hand gesture with both hands making a cup because I wasn’t sure what it was called; then the employee said “the bon bites?” So I trusted her and when I got my order. I realized it was wrong. She was not speaking loud enough for me to hear and I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. She never offered me my receipt either. 2/5.
