The only reason I come back to Cinnabon at Arbor Place is that I genuinely enjoy the treats and drinks, but the customer service is completely terrible. Every time I visit, there’s always the same Indian lady with a very impatient attitude. Today, I went back because I hadn't had Cinnabon in a while, but as usual, the lady had her bit of attitude. The lady’s there are super disrespectful i was so surprised and they were rude to my daughter as well when she tried to redeem her reward they were horrible to us they should get new employees like it’s not my fault you 50 and working at cinnabon get a real job….
The lady there always has a bad attitude!!
