I usually eat a Cinnabon about twice a year. After this experience, I will just make my own. They were stale, and barely had any icing on them. Why is your quality going downhill so fast?

Went right when they opened and was sold day old for fresh price. Tried cutting it and just smashed rather than come apart. There was solidified cinnamon on the bottom and cold in the middle but luke warm on the outside
HORRIBLE i got only cinnamon on my roll and my friend js got plain bread practically there was like barley any frosting n the server was kinda awkward I NEED MORE FROSTING
I don’t how this they stay in business 3 different days all hours of the day they don’t have anything to sell and the girls working always have an attitude. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
