Dry, tasted like they were old.
The location of the cinnamon can get crowded when busy. Regadless, I love their cinnamon rolls and the employees are always so nice and helpful to me. Jonathan and Erin have always been so nice, patient, and respectful to me. I go back to this place and always appreciate seeing them working. Extra tip for them!
Hi we were disrespected by an employee there my mom asked for a Cinnabon but only had cash no card this particular employee picked up the bag that my mom was going to purchase and threw it in the trash in front of my mom. She could have waited until the customer left, but she did that purposely. That is a huge disrespect and hurt my moms pride, but me as her daughter I could not stay quite.
