Rude customer service being rushed questions weren’t being answered and when they were they responded rudely quite frankly extremely disappointed really wanted a Cinnabon I needed up buying one but ruined the craving I had for it
The lady working here around 1:30 pm on September 14th had terrible customer service and a terrible attitude. Not only with me but to the other customers infront of me and after me. Whoever hired her needs to teach her the importance of having good customer service because without it customers won’t want to come back and give this place their business. Please do better and hire people that actually make their customers feel welcome.
When you ask the service personnel to fix the Cinnabon with proper Icing, the get rude and ask you to pay $1 more for icing. Hope the management stop hustling customers every little thing.
