Went to this Cinnabon very excited. The lady working was very friendly, but had no idea how to make my Frozen Cold Brew coffee. She handed me an iced cold brew. When I asked her to make it frozen she told me she would add milk. She then added milk to the drink and handed it to me. When I took a sip I immediately spit it out. The coffee 1. Was still not frozen 2. I could taste the coffee grounds in it. 3. It tasted as if it sat for a week & resembled dirt. I was very disappointed & wound up throwing it in the trash.
