I purchased a Mocha Chilata, but your employee provided me with an iced version instead. I informed her that this was not the drink I ordered, and she insisted that it was indeed a Mocha Chilata. I am familiar with this drink as it is my favorite, but they seemed to question me. Eventually, they attempted to provide me with the correct order, but it lacked flavor.
