Look, I know folks wanna get home and all. But if you supposed to be open till 6pm, then be open till 6pm. Not 5:30pm, 5:45pm. I drove 30 minutes for nothing.
Terrell is an outstanding employee! He offered me above average service by remembering me and even going to the extent of having my order ready prior to pickup!! He exhibits qualities that promote healthy and welcoming work atmosphere as well as for the customer!
I love this place! Im basically a regular here since i work at this mall. I always get the big classic cinnabon. The staff and manager especially are so nice anytime i go there!
Absolutely disappointed with this Cinnabon location. The stand and surrounding tables were filthy — sticky surfaces, crumbs everywhere, and it honestly looked like nobody had cleaned in hours. On top of that, the customer service was poor and inattentive, like employees couldn’t care less that customers were waiting or unhappy.
