Although this is a large franchise, this location make their own rules. They do not honor the Cinnabon Rewards. I earned a free Cinnabon with multiple purchases and the cashier stated her boss advised them not to scan my reward code.
I know I came a lil late about 8:50 but most places have residual Cinnabons left over. I was disappointed because I drove from Lewisville to Grape Vine. I noticed that some were in a bag but I felt the young lady was too lazy to wait on me and in a hurry to go. Most wasn’t to please the customer but she kept telling me we are thru. 4/23/2025 The name Cinnabon alone makes your mouth water —you can practically taste the sweet, gooey cinnamon goodness just by hearing it! 🤤 But unfortunately, this experience was anything but that. The Cinnabon wasn’t warm , it wasn’t tasty , and it didn’t have that iconic flavor we all know and love.
