If I could give zero starts I would to Muhamed, the Cinnabon associate! I asked for a six pack and he told me they did not have 6 packs but I could buy individual Cinnabons and he was not making any more 6 packs! There were trays full of Cinnabons and I asked him if the Cinnabons in the trays are same as the ones in 6 packs. He said yes but refused make a 6 pack. Worst customer service experience at this Cinnabon. The employee who helped me, a Hispanic gentleman with medium-length hair(line in the middle), was not wearing a name tag, so I was unable to get his name. I was simply trying to decide which Cinnabon item I wanted to order, and instead of being patient and helpful, he started arguing with me about my choice.
