This Cinnabon is good but it is noisy and expensive but the food is delicious but hard to cut to smaller pieces.

I visited the Cinnabon at Vancouver Mall today and ordered two regular Cinnabons and a milk. I asked if they could pour my milk over ice, and when they said they couldn’t, I politely asked if I could please buy a cup of ice instead. The employee told me they’re not allowed to give ice at all, even for a purchased drink, and their tone was rude and dismissive. Afterward, I could hear them laughing about it.
