This small location is staffed by an uncaring employee who always tries to give you yesterday's unsold bakery items, while displaying behavior that denotes she is doing you a favor. Additionally, you are the only customer at the counter, ordering through the app in front of her and she still needs to see your phone to verify that you placed the order. Someone needs to retrain her. I will not be surprised if this location has very low amount of sales.
The reviews say it all. I had possible food poising at this location and the general manager did not want to respond to my inquiry.
So very disappointed with Cinnabon! What happened to the ooey gooey? They are dry and very little icing. I thought maybe it was just the one I got but I bought the 9 pack and all of them are dry! I got video and pics but unable to add them.

Showed up at 11:10 am. The employee told me she would be open in 13 minutes. It's supposed to be open at 11 am. I returned at 11:35 am and she still wasn't open. This is not an isolated incident. I was there at 11:15 am a few weeks ago and no one was even there.
