Despite recent poor reviews, I had an excellent experience here. Items were ready and fresh. Easy to order. The girl working solo was great and kind.
Very rude white lady that works there. Bought a Cinnabon. before I purchased I asked if it was fresh they said yes. So I bought it after taking one bite it was dry and had no frosting on it. I asked if they could atleast put more frosting on it because it was so dry and the rude white lady so no with a mean face on. The customer service is horrible. I don’t know who they hire, but it should not be a racist person. This lady was an older lady, Caucasian, and on a healthier side. Hid behind the register and saying racist remarks, and calling me crazy because she didn’t give us a receipt and gave us 2 things out of the three. Emma and Mason had thee worst customer service I've experienced at any Cinnabon location. I made a purchase, but forgot to scan my rewards app for my freebie. Upon returning, literally 6 minutes later with receipt in hand , I was told I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to redeem my freebie. I would suggest additional training on customer service, as it was very underwhelming.
