The customer service is horrible. I don’t know who they hire, but it should not be a racist person. This lady was an older lady, Caucasian, and on a healthier side. Hid behind the register and saying racist remarks, and calling me crazy because she didn’t give us a receipt and gave us 2 things out of the three. We realized once we walked away and looked in the bag, and went right back. Emma and Mason had thee worst customer service I've experienced at any Cinnabon location. I made a purchase, but forgot to scan my rewards app for my freebie. Upon returning, literally 6 minutes later with receipt in hand , I was told I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to redeem my freebie. I would suggest additional training on customer service, as it was very underwhelming.
I havent been to a cinnabon in so long and had a craving for a cinnabon and got here ordered a center cinnabon ..got it to go and got home ..what they consider a "center" cinnabon is a regular cinnabon all bunched up together in a cup..side pieces were in the cup as well and they were hard and I only wanted the middle part of a cinnabon cause its soft and gooey, however I didn't get that ..then I noticed they hardly put any frosting on the cinnamon rolls which they seem to do on purpose to get ppl to spend an extra dollar fo... read more
Cinnamon rolls are obviously good but they seriously dink around so much behind the counter, so much. You wait in line for much longer than you need to, the staff acts like your an inconvenience that your day by making sure the company makes money and they get a pay check.
