Food was great got a Caramel PecanBon and a Double Chocolate Mocha both yummy but there was an employee who was so quiet, monotone, and kinda just rude with his tone, no eye contact no smile, both earbuds in. I get it probably has had a long day but the other lady was so get up and smiley. Just kinda ruined my mood :// I hope you guys can have better atmosphere from said employee ! I got 2 classic cinnamon rolls for their anniversary, one was $1.25 which was nice. However, the cinnamon rolls were flat, not risen at all. My husband says they were both dry and undercooked, at the same time.
Very disappointed. Asked for a 4 pack, clerk asked if I wanted extra frosting. Asked for 2 and was charged $2.58 for two very small plastic cups half full. Handed the 4 pack which didn't look good, as if they had not risen or been properly baked, which I found out this morning was what it was - undercooked, half the size they should have been. They were gummy and moist, but not the quality I expect from Cinnabon. Nearly $25 dollars for 4 unappetizing rolls. I should not have accepted them when he handed me the box. Too bad -... read more
