I waited a really long time for Cinnabons to come up bcs they were out. I watched the lady use her register gloves that she moved her hair, played on her phone, and wiped her sweat with to make the orders prior. She did a glove switch after and I thought it was okay but NOPE! she then took more orders, moved her ponytail, wiped sweat, and this time she wiped her nose with the back of her hands and did not change her gloves. Needless to say I left with nothing.

It says they close at 8PM, but the staff actually closes at 7PM on weekdays

Not worth the money! Waited in line for 10 Minutes. Cashier was slow . While other worker was fiddling around with things that could have waited. The second person should have been taking orders to get the line down. No sense of urgency at all. Maybe they had all night, but that didnt mean the rest of us did… the product was horrible. Rubbery and dry. Couldnt cut it with a knife. I guess thats what happens when they stop making fresh dough and use a frozen product. Popup in the middle of the mall walking area, so not a storefront with built in ovens. Cinnamon rolls had barely any Cinnamon filling (see photo of one cut in half). I remember when these would ooze Cinnamon when you cut into them. Not sure if it's corporate, or this particular franchise, but definitely noticeably cheap in quality while still charging a lot. Bought a 6 pack (over $30 with extra icing) and they were stale and hard to cut with a fork, even after reheating. They didn't even look like what we are used to. We'll ... read more
