I went this afternoon around 3 PM and I paid for 1 pecan caramel bon and 2 churros the male worker (that used the register next to the forks and the napkins gave me a regular bon instead of the caramel one) Please do not buy cinnabon inside Park Meadows Mall. But that guy worker was talking to the guy that sells cleaning shoes products in the hall way. Supervisor please review the camaras and see how the workers are not doing their job. The employees at this cinnabon specifically the girl working 02/18 at 4 pm. She was not in proper uniform, she was leaning on the counter while being on her phone and gave very dirty looks. Absolutely unacceptable.
The customer service at this place is absolutely unacceptable. The employees are unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no respect for customers. I called earlier today with a simple question about birthday promotions, and the woman on the phone abruptly hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. That kind of attitude is disgraceful and shows how little they value the people keeping their business alive. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s time or money.
I’ve come here 3 times. The first time the rolls were ALL raw in the middle. The second time they “ran out”. The third time, just now, they’re out again. The employees here make no attempt to even pretend they have any cognitive activity going on. The guy wouldn’t even look us in the eye when he said they ran out for an hour. I absolutely love Cinnabon and I go every time I get the chance. I had a very different experience at this location because of the service. The employee (Vidia) I think was her name, was on her phone texting and was not attentive at all. To me that is super unprofessional especially in a customer service focused business. She was not very polite either. Aside from the service, the mini cinnabon I ordered was amazing per usual!
