Tried to get some Cinnabon and the store was open but nobody was at the counter. We waited for 5 minutes and even called the store but nobody showed up.
No one is working!!
It was a bit loud thanks to the mall noise, but the food was hot and good. The staff was attentive and nice
I went this afternoon around 3 PM and I paid for 1 pecan caramel bon and 2 churros the male worker (that used the register next to the forks and the napkins gave me a regular bon instead of the caramel one) Please do not buy cinnabon inside Park Meadows Mall. But that guy worker was talking to the guy that sells cleaning shoes products in the hall way. Supervisor please review the camaras and see how the workers are not doing their job. The employees at this cinnabon specifically the girl working 02/18 at 4 pm. She was not in proper uniform, she was leaning on the counter while being on her phone and gave very dirty looks. Absolutely unacceptable.
