Disappointing experience. Earlier, my friend and I ordered two caramel pecan buns before leaving the mall. When we got home and opened the bag, we realized they gave us the regular buns instead. They charged us for the pecan buns so I know it wasn't a mistake on my end. To make it worse, they made us wait 10 minutes when there wasn’t even a line or any other customers. We bought the 6pk jumbo today, we tried it, it didn't taste fresh!I thought Cinnabon supposed to be sold fresh!!t They weren't made today at all! This is the second disappointment from the same store!
The ladies working on this busy Saturday could tell I was in a rush to leave and was just grabbing a snack for the kiddos on my way home. Service was speedy, they provided me with all my options quickly and all in under 5 minutes!
Got a 6 pack jumbo that was sitting there on the counter already in the package. The buns were cold, dry, and a little tough. Not sure how long they were there, but Im fairly certain they weren't freshly made compared to the last time. I did go at the end of the day, so maybe that's why.
