Stood at the window for a while employee stood there on her phone never ask could she help us I thought that was rude and very unprofessional the mini Cinnabon was dry as if they was old

The cinnamon rolls are always fresh and the staff is super nice
I was a young adult when Cinnabon came to the Gallery in Philadelphia. This is not the same cinnabon I remember. The cinnamon tastes like it's been expired for years, the dough is dry and has no flavor. The frosting has no flavor. You are better off buying a can of cinnamon rolls at Aldi. I'm from the original OG way back in 1985. Seriously Aldi 's can of buns are better.
The mall is becoming less desirable to go, people smoking weed inside and out the mall, more ghetto, the service in Cinnabon is bad, disrespectful and impatient, and rude, the employees back then were more kind, it’s trash now
