The old white lady is rude and has a attitude when you’re just asking for your order don’t recommend this place
I grab a coffee and it’s absolutely disgusting!!! Please add a latte or cappuccino to your menu. It would be a great breakfast meal.
Went to the Cinnabon I asked for 2 mini Bons and got charged for 2 large Cinibons I even hit the 15 percent gratuity button! The price was not the issue it was getting charged for something I didn’t ask for! Plus the older Gentleman was rude and had a mean demeaning presence! The younger gentleman was a young kid and was more personable atleast! They really need to work on not robbing ppl and work on customer service and hospitality!
Stood at the window for a while employee stood there on her phone never ask could she help us I thought that was rude and very unprofessional the mini Cinnabon was dry as if they was old
