Do not visit the location in parks mall absolutely horrible KEEP YOUR MONEY they do NOT put enough icing on the Cinnabon then want to charge you extra and says that’s all the vendor provides which is a lie because the Cinnabons are made there don’t waste your time and they let them sit for a long time until they are extremely hard rather than throwing them out
Love this place since they opened, I think the first one I went was at the Irving Mall more than 30 years ago
I purchased a cinnamon roll today and it was hard and cold. I went and let them know and the man said something to the woman helping me in a different language first and then said just give her another one in English. He then proceeded to throw the one I gave back on the counter when the trash can was right beside him, you know that means he will try to sell that same hard cinnamon roll to someone else. Also there was only a smudge of icing on the cinnamon roll. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this location anymore.
Their customer service is top-notch, making you feel valued every time.
It is not what it used to be they used to be so gooey and yummy
