Went to the counter yesterday and there was only one employee. We stood waiting for assistance. The female employee was literally leaning on the counter on the right side on her phone. After a few minutes we just walked away without any acknowledgment of even being at the counter wanting to make a purchase. Never looked up from the phone, no hello, no what can I get you nothing. Will not bother going there again.
So good. Melt in your mouth(literally) good. I had an oreo cinnamon roll. Topped with oreo chunks. It was amazing. I want another one. They also have churros, and different drinks here.
Ordered for it to be delivered. Wait about 30 minutes longer than the expected time. Finally I called and they said "oh your order has been sitting here we forgot. You are going to have to come get it." So you cheated me out of a delivery fee and then tell me to come get it. This is my first time ever having a bad experience with you guys. Most likely wont be returning.
I placed an order online for two classic cinnamon rolls at the mall. I went to pick them up and was told they didn't have any ready and this was around 130. The lady said i had to wait 15 to 20 minutes or i could take small 5 rolls instead. My husband and I didn't have time to wait. 5 small rolls doesn't come close to 2 large rolls. I was told the large cinnamon rolls were under cooked that's why they didn't have any available. Employee didn't care at all.

Branica was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. She answered all my questions about their menu, She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing outstanding service. My experience was truly sweet!
