Excellent customer service: "I stopped by the Cinnabon location at Colony Mall, Albany and was blown away by the exceptional customer service! Branica was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. She answered all my questions about their menu, She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing outstanding service. My experience was truly sweet!
The lady ripped me off. I got 2 cinnamon buns and a thing of frosting. I gave her a $20. She gave me $3 back. it does NOT cost $17 ! I should have got $6 back! Absolutely ridiculous. DONT GO HERE.

Hey, where's the cream cheese frosting? I remember the good ol' days when a regular Cinnamon Bun from Cinnabon meant ooey gooey goodness in every bite, soft pastry-like dough that pulls apart with ease, a cinnamon tar that oozed from every crevasse, and of course the top layer of cream cheese frosting that was thick and covered the entire creation. the man running the counter couldnt be bothered to take out hus headphones in order to hear what i was ordering. extremely rude and on top of it all he gave me 2 stale buns that were hard as rocks. completely unacceptable
