Wanted a cold brew macchiato regular size they gave me a hot one and when I said I wanted it cold she went through ice in it with the cup still hot. The staff is so rude. The cinnamon rolls are great but even still I wont be back due to the rudeness of your employees. I will be telling friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.
