3:30pm on a Saturday and no cinnamon rolls, nor any being prepped.
I walked in a few minutes after it opened with 4 employees in the front area. No one acknowledged me. Soon after 3 more customers came in, as we stood still not acknowledgment. There were no Cinnabon ready to serve just sugary ball and plenty of auntie Anne’s pretzels. After a bit of listening to their conversation I walked out!
This is for the Cinnabon in LR, Arkansas. You are literally the only Cinnabon in central Arkansas and on October 4th 2025 you failed miserably at promoting your brand. I downloaded your miserable app and went to your miserable lone store in central ARKANSAS to redeem the classic cinnamon roll that was offered in app only to be told we had to wait 30 minutes for a new batch.
