I had a great experience at Cinnabon! The cinnamon rolls were fresh, warm, soft, and absolutely delicious. The cream cheese frosting was the perfect finishing touch. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the store was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

I asked for a small cold brew, and the employee told me there was only one size available. However, the posted menu clearly advertises multiple sizes. It felt like customers were being forced to purchase a large despite other options being displayed. When I pointed out that this could be considered false advertising, she was not polite and would not allow me to speak with a manager. SCAM ALERT! BEWARE! ASK FOR A RECEIPT! This particular Cinnabon in Roosevelt Field Mall has been actively scamming all of their customers on a daily basis for who knows how long. The scam is, they charge you for a classic roll, even when you order a topped bun, and add on toppings for $1.99 each and won’t give you a receipt.
