I placed an ASAP mobile order at 2:40 PM for one cinnamon roll and a 4-pack of BonBites. The app gave me a pickup time of 3:15 PM, which is ridiculous for such a small order. I was physically in the store and there was nobody in line. When I asked if they could just make my order, the employee told me the order wouldn't even enter their system until closer to the pickup time and said "it doesn't work like that."
