I am absolutely distraught and disappointed with the results. I got at Cinnabon today. Been a lifelong customer and very dedicated and at this Cinnabon location it was thin dry and not chewy The taste was off. It tasted like something disgusting and also, the lady at the front was very dry didn’t even smile and made me feel insecure
They do not have a working phone. Placed an order for delivery and it was missing an item. Save yourself the headache and just make some cinnamon rolls or walk in because they aren't paying attention to orders, yet the money is taken with no issues. 3 items ordered, one missing.

Drive over an hour to get Cinnabon and they are always out of packs but want you to pay the single price for each one. And 1/2 the time don’t have any Cinnamon rolls out. Also dirty, with food laying around on counters while the employees stand in the back eating. Definitely wouldn’t be eating those pigs in a blanket that sat out the entire 40 min I waited there.
I went here to get a cinnapack and came from over an hour away and they didn’t have any left. They said they only have a few each day but why not keep putting them out if they clearly sell.
