I am giving it 2 stars omly becauae Wednesday night the older couple working was nice and the roll was soft. Fast forward to Saturday morning... the cashier didn't speak english, just kept nodding and saying yes. We did end up getting our 3 mini rolls but they were very hard. Probably frim last night. She ruined the whole thing. There was a younger girl training under her, who did speak english, but not spanish. It was clear she was frustrated with the situation also.
I recently had a wonderful experience at Cinnabon / Dreyers ice cream, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received. Phil (with a “Ph”) was incredibly friendly, courteous, and truly went out of his way to help us. What stood out the most was his attitude, especially since it was later in the evening. My husband and I ordered two pecan cinnabons and two cups of water. The cashier gave us the rolls but said she' only had bottle water for sale. I asked for just a cup of water and she refused. Then she proceeded with the next customer and gave her the wrong order. Needles to say, they left without anything as well. Very disappointed in the customer service there. Will not go back!
Good sticky buns. Friendly server. Interesting to see preparation.
Even with all the previous bad reviews had no real issues here rolls came out soft and warm every time. Keep up the good work.
