They didn't allow use of the normal cash register so we had to use the 1 kiosk that worked (the order wasn't working). I wanted to use a birthday coupon for a free cold brew from Cinnabon. Well turns out they don't accept Cinnabon coupons, they only accept Auntie Anne's coupons. Super dumb.
Service was bad, they gave us the cinnamon role with no forks or anything to eat with and then when we asked for some they said they went to grab some and came with one fork and one knife! When we asked for one more the waitress was not happy although she have to give us forks! Not mentioning the bad quality of the cinnamon role it is not fresh at alllll.
I placed an online order. The online hours showed they close at 6pm and so do the hours on the door. But when I arrived at 5pm the door was locked, the lights were off, and no one was inside. Now I have to call my bank to dispute this charge
