The food tastes good. Whenever I go to Crossgates Mall with my daughter, we always feel like getting Cinnabon. Unfortunately, the service is not very good. The staff are not very polite or friendly and often seem like they just want to rush customers. As you can see in the photo, the items were dropped in the box and handed to us without being organized properly. This is something they really need to improve.

I’ve always loved Cinnabon, but lately the quality has dropped. The buns weren’t warm or soft like before, and the flavor just wasn’t the same. For the price, I expected the same freshness they were known for. Really disappointed with this visit...
Tried the classic cinnamon roll, it was good it just lacked structure. Service was great, quick, and friendly.
