My kids always love a fresh Cinnabon so we stop. We got two and when he opened the box there wasn't that much frosting. So I went back and asked if we could have a little more he said " we charge for that". Well there wasn't much to begin with. Well it melted. Thanks for being so nice and helpful to the person paying you salary. We will not be back for what we paid whats a little extra frosting. Also doesn't help you wearing gloves if you touching your phone and everything while making food.
Great easy to access location and great staff. Buns are always fresh and the staff is always eager to cater to any needs whenever possible. If you’re in the city definitely try it out

I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to it as an amazing treat. However, the cashier who helped us—a middle-aged brown man—was very disrespectful and threw the box towards us on the counter twice. When we told him that his behavior was rude and that he was displaying terrible customer service, he just stood there, smiling. The 6-pack we purchased was definitely not fresh; it tasted days old.
