I visited Dayton Mall recently and got myself a Cinnabon and a Frozen Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew. The Cinnabon was so soft and tasted explicit! The Cold Brew was something I tried for the first time and fell in love with it! The lady working was super sweet and was very patient as it was my first time at Cinnabon! Will def visit again! 😍

The lady that waited on us was super rude and short with us on her phone didn’t want to be bothered 9-10-24 during the day . Will not be back
Bald guy eating a Cinnabon this morning, bought from this store, and as I'm about halfway done I feel hair in my mouth. I reach in my mouth, grab the hair, and pull a foot of hair out that was half way down my throat. The hair was baked inside the pastry. Never eating from this nasty, unsanitary, needs a health inspector ASAP, abomination of a store. 🤮🤮🤮
I had a birthday reward from Cinnabon which is emailed to me every year. I went to the Dayton Mall, but no one was at the store. I waited about a half an hour till she finally showed up. That woman running the store informed me that they no longer accept email rewards. I am through with this store and all other Cinnabon stores. Dunkin' Donuts is much better at a lower price and without the attitude.
