I was gonna try one for myself and my son. My son is allergic to nuts, so i mentioned it to the lady, there was a little disconnect with language barrier. I was patient to explain that my son is allergic to nuts and if she could follow protocol (if they have any) for that reason. She gave me a very bad attitude while changing her gloves, throwing her gloves in an aggressive way while she was mumbling words. I asked for a manager, but none was available. The one cashier was new and had no help. The other 4-6 workers were busy clowning around in back.
Nothing is ever fresh at this location, and they always seem to be short on something (this time was frosting). Unfortunately the only cinnabon in the area. Would avoid unless you just has to have one and ok with a subpar experience.
