We had a great experience! The food and drinks were delicious and our cashier Destinee was so kind and helpful :)
Super rude staff, super disorganized staff, 2 people on their phones talking about closing early while 1 person actually tries to work. Not doing a great job, but at least trying to work
I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it. They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven.
