If I could I would give a zero star, they don’t even deserve the one star. I normally never review a place but the girl working there tried to close early and “ran out “of almost everything. They “didn’t know” how to give a refund. Everything they were able to give us was cold and hard and the churros were crunchy, old and cold.
Came to this Cinnabon that only had one worker that was so into her phone they didn't realize we were standing there for 5minutes. After getting her attention she was still into her phone to the point she didn't even acknowledge us so we said never mind and left. Phone must've been far more important than her actual job.
Maddie was very friendly and patient. She made the experience fun and easy. Very clean kiosk, great treats. Best sweets in the mall!
Unprofessional & rude! As much as I love this place…I will never go back. I was in line for quite some time with two employees working. One busy making an order. The young lady brings a customer over to ring up. When she’s done she looks @ me & walks away without even saying a word. Had she acknowledged me I would have stayed in line.
