Not good from the get go. I ordered a regular bun and their was cinnamon left on the parchment and I asked the girl if she could put that in ...she said she wouldn't. I still don't get it... it will get thrown away I assumed. My Cinnabon was very dry. It lacked the cinnamon sugar mix that makes it goey and lacked frosting. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come back but didn't really mind because we really wanted to try them and we live a good distance away. I got attitude and a look on 1 of the girls faces (pink shirt) when I said I wanted to add toppings on my Cinnabons. I was getting a 6 packed bit didn't know it was prepackaged so I had to change how I was getting them and how many. 2 very friendly girls serving me up. Nice and gooey buns, just perfect.
Gabby & Maddi made my day. These two were super personable and greeted me promptly with a smile. Gabby was very informative and walked me through the Cinnabon flavors and made recommendations that helped me decide which to purchase. She really made the experience and I will be back because of her excellent service and Maddi’s smiling customer service. Thank you!
They close at 8:00 p.m. I got there at 7:55 p.m. they said they were closed but had plenty of cinnamon rolls they were putting icing on in pans. They refused to serve me. I would have bought three or four cinnamon rolls. The two girls working together didn't seem to care.
