I went just for the $1 cinnamon roll deal for national cinnamon roll day and was in line by 4 stood in line for 15 minutes. Because I waited in line for so long it passed 4 and they refused to honor the deal. I am so disappointed
Three out of four times they weren’t quite cooked and they’re putting the frosting on too soon so it melts into the Cinnabon instead of staying at the top. gross.
Our family has been here a few times. It’s always so busy but so worth it. A young woman named Adee helped us. She went above and beyond to help make recommendations that our family would like and had so much patience with us despite the long line behind us. She was efficient, energetic and encouraging to the other employees around her. It’s really nice to experience that level of customer service these days because it’s so rare. Thank you Adee for making our family outing that much more special! We appreciate you!
Teekay made our whole night when he frosted our minibons to perfection! Elliot was very courteous. We will gladly drive from Aurora for the great customer service we received!
