Went to pick up a 4-pack. One had bugs flying around in the package so told them and grab a different one. Then their point of sale equipment wasn't working and they said it was my card, I informed them it wasn't so I went next store and bought something with the same card no issues. The staff there has no training or customer service skills.
If I could give no stars for service I would have. My wife can't have a lot of sugar and for the last 20 plus years she has been getting them with no icing. Yesterday she went there and was told that they can't sell them without icing according to corporate. There was three of them sitting on the counter with out any icing. I'm not understanding why they can't sell them plain.
Went there, had nothing but cookies. Guy looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered a cinnabun “it’ll be 40 minutes” Maybe you should say we don’t have any product at the moment. Have a sign or something. Instead of just goofing off.
Ever since they got a new manager in there the service has gone way downhill! No more products on display, no more topped cinnamon roll packs , even though they have the stuff to make it. Hardly any selection! No communication with the customers before picking up an order on how they can’t make an order because they apparently don’t have the supplies. It’s sad they use to be good but now I’ll be driving to woodfield mall when I want a sweet treat plus that location is surprisingly cheaper too!!
Give them zero if I could , worst employees in the city. Claim everything is broken and cant make the ONE thing you sell. Nothing but attitude about us wanting to purchase their product. Flat out refused to sell us anything stating that they had nothing to sell us not even a frozen lemonade. Lazy employees , poor management , makes me wonder about the owner. This is like pizza hut saying sorry we cant sell you pizza, what a joke. This was 2 hours before they closed.
