I love to get my warmed classic Cinnabon but I didn't like how difficult it was to find the actual location once I parked . I had to use my GPS to actually find where it was located and the parking was moderate because it was at the mall.

The roll I got tasted terrible and the layers were very thin. The Cinnabon at carowinds is wayyyy better

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in to purchase the 6 Classic Rolls for $24.99, which is clearly listed on their menu board. However, because they were out of the large boxes, I was told they could not honor that price and would instead charge me individually for six rolls, coming out to over $43 for the exact same product. I visited this Cinnabon location about a month ago, after taking a few years away due to quality issues, and the roll was perfect! Went back today, hoping to recreate that experience, and was very disappointed to see the quality had lapsed again. This is by far the most inconsistent Cinnabon location I’ve ever been to. I waited for a fresh baked roll today, and when I got home to eat it, discovered that the inside of the roll was dry. Ordered a Oreo cinnamon roll, they forgot the extra icing that I paid for. . .bummer. I also waited for like 10 minutes while were being indecisive. . .when there were two registers, and the other one was completely available.
