Absolutely horrible service. They need to get rid of the entire staff and start over. Waited in line for 30+ minutes to only have them screw up my order, tell me that they won't fix it, then try to tell me they will fix it for more money. Then when I told them to refund me my order, tried to tell me they couldn't. Customers behind me were in shock how ridiculous these staff members were. amazing place!!
I love to get my warmed classic Cinnabon but I didn't like how difficult it was to find the actual location once I parked . I had to use my GPS to actually find where it was located and the parking was moderate because it was at the mall.
The roll I got tasted terrible and the layers were very thin. The Cinnabon at carowinds is wayyyy better
