I went to the Cayce, SC location inside of Pilot and was disappointed. I could smell the deliciousness when I walked in and I had not had Cinnabon in years so I was super excited. When I walked to the counter no one was there so I waiting about a minute and the employee came out from back and apologized immediately and went to the oven to start removing items then turned to me and said “I have absolutely nothing today” and looked at me. Gotta love a warm, tasty Cinnabon. And give me that cup of icing!! The store staff, that day, were very friendly and asked confirmation questions to make sure they were preparing my order correctly. THAT is how you do it!! Thanks for a great cup of coffee and that illustrious circular confection of perfection!!!
She was obviously not happy to be there and kept leaving in the middle of ringing me up
