Employees were really kind to me. The only reason for 4 stars is because bay plaza is a high traffic mall so hard to get through. I asked for a Cinnabon with caramel and nuts and employees put a good amount. Employees were kind to me and offered a variety of drinks. I hope to be back soon. The place was also clean
Place is always dirty. Their service is terrible and their food is always cold and bland you can see that the Cinnabons in the boxes are not fresh and old. Terrible!!!!
Bought a 4 bun box for a whopping $23.00 and they were dry. Lacked icing. Won't be back to this location.
