I Went in to get some cinnamon rolls for my mother and they were closed around 4:57pm 4/18/23 … and yesterday i went in and the girl that was there had purple hair was just absolutely rude i will never return here !!!
Worst service ever! If I'm gonna spend over $25 on some cinnamon rolls I don't want them cold. First the girl with pink hair didn't even want to wait on us. Then said we would have to wait an hour for them to cool when we said what ones we wanted. There was about 15 on the side counter. Then puts a batch up in the window to sell (literally the ones we wanted) but she said she couldn't sell them to us bc they would ruin the box. But sold them to ppl in front of us. It’s such a joy seeing the girls laughing and smiling every day i go there and they honestly just make my bad day turn around into a good one such a beautiful team they have it’s a shame to see such horrible comments people say cause my experience is always beautiful and respectful!!
I will NEVER give this establishment my money. They were NOT busy. No one else waiting to order and I nicely smiled and said we need a few minutes. FOUR TIMES I told her we needed a minute in under 1 minute of standing there. The girl then RUDELY asks " Are you ready to order or not, do you even know what you want?" And rolled her eyes and flipped around. Excuse me ma'am. If you hate your job so much go find a new one where you make more than minimum wage. *** I find it funny the owner only replies to GOOD reviews***
