Not good. I was served an iced drink with no sugar . When I realized it and returned and asked for the sugar I was handed a basket of sugars to pick from. To much texting and standing around unfortunately. Not very good .Givinf 2 stars cause they were all young so they can improve .
Update: We went back and I got a sample of the Mochalatta! It was delicious, but too strong for me now. I have had surgery, and my tastes have changed. I asked for a sample of the Mochalatta and I was told they cannot give samples anymore. Um, I'm almost as old as Cinnbon itself... I asked since when? They stated their manager/owner refuses to let them. THIS is why franchises are sometimes a pain... I guess this is why the drinks are always full... Naaz d and the other girl working were the nicest people in the mall food area. The girls were so help ful and kind .everything smelled so good and the whole area was soooo clean. We had a great experience
