Location In the mall we ordered prickly pear lemonade and a cinnamon roll dirty soda but the two ladies first gave me a regular soda because they didn’t have pear lemonade so I asked for regular lemonade then they insisted the cinnamon roll dirty soda was just a regular soda even thought we showed the receipt on the app. And after some time they just said they ran out and do not have anymore. It seemed like they didn’t understand what was on their own menu or didn’t care.
I was sold a warm bottle of water for $2.89, and when I asked for ice because the water was warm, I was told I would have to pay another $1.05 for a cup of ice. Seriously? The whole experience was frustrating, and there also seemed to be a significant language barrier that made it difficult to communicate why charging extra for ice after selling someone warm bottled water was unreasonable. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected. Horrible experience.!
If I could give this place a negative star rating I absolutely would. Myself and my daughter stopped in for one cinnamon roll to split and we were interested in also getting a coffee drink. I politely asked the woman behind the counter for a sample and she told me they weren’t allowed to give out samples. Ok understandable, no big deal. Since we were leery about ordering the drink without tasting it, my 16 year old began asking questions about the coffee such as sweetness level and how strong the coffee itself was.
