my husband and son went way out of their way to bring me a box of cinnabons because I love them so much! what they brought home is not remotely Cinnabon quality. the bread was not raised enough so it was hard and thin, not fluffy, it was overcooked and dry, not enough icing on them to know there was any, and they tasted like they've been sitting in the box for a week! Worst customer service ever. Two gals behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us, and we are right there. I said “excuse me” and one of the gals reluctantly acknowledged me, said they were “out of everything”. Someone obviously isn’t doing their job then. Love stopping here, but never before have I been treated so poorly, basically ignored.
Delicious taste!!! Wish there was more frosting on them!!!
