Worst experience I’ve had at Cinnabon. The manager is rude, unhygienic, and even made racist remarks toward my elderly father. When we asked to speak to someone above her, she cursed at us instead. This has not been an isolated incident for us as a family and it creates unacceptable customer experience. We will never come back again and never advise anyone to go to this specific location. Many customers clearly feel the same. This location is being dragged down by her manners.
Delicious cinnamon rolls and great service from the young lady at the cash.
We were served by Alex, such great service. Very kind and polite. Definitely recommend coming to this location. He’s great!!
The service is excellent and staff is very friendly, and they always have a smile on their face and there always ready to help a customer
