Cinnabon is always a great treat definitely not the healthiest option but super worth it. I got extra frosting but even without the extra it is great. I got mine through uber eats so even after delivery it was good.
I was served by Zoe and she was fabulous! Very kind and had great attention to detail!
They were not open at 9:30am so we asked the woman behind the counter when they would open. She got very mouthy with us. She said I am the manager I will make my own hours. We asked for a box of cinnamon rolls, she grabbed a box and slammed them on the counter. We asked for icing because there were none on the rolls she offered, she said it was an additional $1.50. whoever this woman is she needs to be fired immediately. Cinnabon is going to lose another location because of her additude.
I went today around 3:20pm and the girl on cashier was absolutely horrid. No customer service at all, I was trying to order more and before I could even ask for another she went $8.08 is ur total… very rude and was on her phone while serving the cinabuns super gross. I also paid for extra caramel and she barely added any. Management should hire more responsible people and friendly.
