Hope it was worth it. I asked for a 4 pack, (wanted warm ones) as I had multiple people with me. The lady handed me a cold to be reheated pack. I asked if we could have warm ones she said yes, but they would have to charge me individually (quite the upcharge). I requested a refunded and left.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

If it wasn’t for the kind gentleman who gave me a Cinnabon on my birthday, this location wouldn’t have honored their own birthday promotion for a free cinnamon bun. The girl out of uniform telling me they “don’t do that in Canada” was flat out lying. I’m giving this location one star, but not because of the actual team members it’s because of the girl who was trying to stop everyone from giving me one. She wasn’t even in uniform herself. Unprofessional and disrespectful..
I often visit the Spencers, and often every time I come through, the Cinnabon employees and the food are lovely.
