I would give it a zero if I could. I literally stood in front of Cinnabon for 2 minutes waiting for service or even to be acknowledged. The girl and the guy were chatting together, staring at me occasionally as they were making the cinnamon rolls, but neither of them said hello or came to serve me. I walked next-door to the pretzel shop and bought pretzels instead.
I like coming to this place. Everyone is consistently really nice. The guy working today at 6pm was super sweet. Thanks :)
Best Cinnabon in the world no one can test this franchise they are the best
