I typically buy an unfrosted bun with the frosting on the side when I go to the mall. Today was disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes for the buns to bake, paying and then waiting another few minutes, I was given only the bun. When I reminded the cashier that I asked for the frosting on the side, I was rudely told that I'd have to pay extra.
