This Cinnabon has the most stingy staff I’ve ever been served by. I asked for more icing and as opposed to adding more they took a butter knife and spread on what was on there after requesting for more. This is despite paying for extra icing. disappointment with both the product quality and the customer service I received during my recent visit. I purchased the box of 6 cinnamon rolls expecting fresh product — as advertised — but what I got were clearly old pastries from the previous day. The texture was dry, and they lacked the softness and flavor you expect from something freshly baked. Spending almost $30 for a box of cinnamon rolls that are not even fresh is honestly not worth it. I do not like to leave negative reviews, however, after speaking to the cashier regarding this matter but he did not care. Please do not handle food after handling cash. That's it. Put on a glove or rinse your hands.
