On 4/15/25 1st time customer. The moment I showed my coupon, I was informed that their register wasn't working, but the person infront checked out without any issues. They preceed to ring me up and charge me for my purchase and my free sample and only give me what I paid for, no free samples. They just stood there rudely, so I stood my ground. Awesome customer service! That Cinnabon was yummy, but pricey.
I ordered a four pack of cinnamon rolls. They had 3 trays of 12 out. The cashier said that they could not give me a four pack. They would charge me individual. I asked for the manager. The manager said they did not have any four parks. I asked if they could make me one since there was 36 rolls sitting ready to serve. She yes, but they would have to charge me individual prices because there were no four parks. I asked why. "Because there aren't four packs made."
Whole family favorite. My favorite hot chocolate.
